Please note:

• Bookings are made online using the Arbor Parent Portal or Arbor Parent App. Information on how to log in to Arbor is available from the school office.
• Bookings are made on first come-first served basis. Breakfast Club spaces are limited to 20 and After School Club spaces are limited to 27.
• Payment for sessions MUST be made at the time of booking to secure the session. This also applies to sessions booked via the School Office or the Wraparound Co-ordinator, so please ensure you have sufficient funds on your wraparound account. Parents paying by Childcare Vouchers/Tax-Free Childcare Account are required to make a payment at the end of each term. • Any requests to pay by Childcare Vouchers/Tax Free Account should be made directly to Wraparound Co-ordinator by email to wraparoundcare@rotherfield-cps.e-sussex.sch.uk. You will be provided with any information you need to set this up. Payments will then be made directly to Rotherfield Primary School and added manually to your wraparound account.
• Bookings cannot be made online within 24 hours of the session start time. Last minute bookings must be made via the School Office or, if out of hours, by email to wraparoundcare@rotherfield-cps.e-sussex.sch.uk
• Changes or cancellations can be made via the Wraparound Co-ordinator up to the 24 hours before the session starts. No changes or cancellations will be made within the 24 hours of the session time, and a full price will be charged for that session (unless in exceptional circumstances).
• Parents should check their Arbor accounts regularly for any additional manual charges or any cancelled sessions that may have been refunded and must settle any arrears as soon as possible. Credits can be offset against future bookings.
• Wraparound Service will NOT be provided on Inset days.
• Fees for the Wraparound Service are reviewed regularly. Any approved fee increases to Wraparound service will be notified during the Term before the increase is due to start.
• Late pick up penalties will be applied as follows:
  • If a child is picked up later than 4.15pm (if 4.15pm is time booked), they will be charged the 5.15pm rate (5pm rate on Fridays)
  • If a child is picked up later than 5.15pm (if 5.15pm is time booked), they will be charged the 6pm rate (5.30pm rate on Fridays)
  • If a child is picked up after 6.05pm (5.35pm on Fridays), there is a penalty fee of £5.00 per 5 minutes.
