Year 2 Trip to Chiddingstone Castle

On the 10th of October Newton class went to Chiddingstone Castle for a Victorian Activity Day, as part of their 'People of the Past' topic. They dressed up as either Victorian servants or Lords and Ladies, and took part in a variety of activities such as carpet beating, brass cleaning, grain grinding and butter patting. The children had a great time, and represented our school beautifully.
