Year 5 Class Assembly
Year 5 enjoyed showing their parents what they have learned at school during their class assembly. The whole class played the xylophone and showed great rhythm and control. They then talked confidently about the solar system and ways to save our planet. They showed their parents their moving toys and special scrap books that they had completed at The Amelia, based on local artist, George Smart. Then, at the end of the assembly, the children were surprised as Karina and Clare, from The Amelia, presented the children with their Explore Art Award certificates, as the whole class met all the criteria when they visited last term.
Well done Year 5, we are all very proud of you and thank you to all the parents, for being such a great audience.
