Year 6 Residential 2025

On Wednesday 21st May the year 6 class will set off on their residential to PGL center in Surrey.  This page will be used to update you with photos and snippets of their adventures.

 Wednesday 21st 

We had a good journey to Marchants Hill, the children sang for most of the way! They enjoyed their lunch and games before tackling the challenge course and the Trapeze jump. So many children faced their fears and jumped from the top! They have enjoyed a lovely dinner - many made use of the unlimited salad bar. They are just settling into their rooms before our evening activity. 

Thursday 22nd 

The children all had some sleep last night, they were up early but in good spirits. Today we have had a go at archery, abseiling, survival training and raft building. The rafts have been a highlight with the children working well to build and launch their rafts. Most of them ended up in the water, however a couple stayed firmly on their rafts and were largely dry! We have just had a lovely dinner and they are packing up before we head down to the disco.
